And since the judges themselves won't require a quicker turnaround from oral argument to issued order, someone else must do it for them. As much as the justices insist they need ample time to deliberate on complex matters, chances are they would operate much more quickly if they were locked in a cell as long as some inmates have waited for their orders. ...
